Por ello, urge buscar soluciones a los problemas existentes (fundamentalmente de horario y de retribuciones).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><strong>Son muchos los temas que el nuevo CEO debe abordar para restablecer la confianza de la plantilla en su entidad y revertir el clima laboral t&oacute;xico existente<\/strong> (obra en su favor que, al &lsquo;ser de la casa&rsquo;, nos ahorramos los cien d&iacute;as de gracia que se suelen dar a los nuevos que llegan). <strong>Y arreglar la situaci&oacute;n de los compa&ntilde;eros y compa&ntilde;eras de los centros hipotecarios es uno de los retos que tenemos que afrontar<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo-servicios.es\/unicaja\/html\/58889.html\">[&#8230;]&nbsp;<\/a> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">CCOO considera imprescindible negociar:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">El retorno de la plantilla de estos centros al mismo horario que el resto de la plantilla.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">La posibilidad de acogerse al sistema de teletrabajo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">La clasificaci&oacute;n de estos centros, los planes de carrera y los complementos de su personal (directores\/as de centro y gestores\/as). Son muchos los temas que el nuevo CEO debe abordar para restablecer la confianza de la plantilla en su entidad y revertir el clima laboral t&oacute;xico existente (obra en su favor que, al &lsquo;ser de la casa&rsquo;, nos ahorramos los cien d&iacute;as de gracia que se suelen dar a los nuevos que llegan).
