La plantilla no puede esperar<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\">. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\">La indignaci&oacute;n de la plantilla por la aplicaci&oacute;n de la clasificaci&oacute;n de oficinas del 2022 que, tras el cierre excepcional de cientos de oficinas, ha dado como resultado que cerca de mil personas hayan visto mermadas sus retribuciones ha sido la gota que ha colmado el vaso<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\">Estamos a la espera de recibir la informaci&oacute;n relativa a la asignaci&oacute;n de los puntos por oficinas, no obstante, creemos que <strong>es necesario encontrar una soluci&oacute;n excepcional al perjuicio causado en lo que respecta a la retribuci&oacute;n, carrera profesional y complementos por la bajada de nivel de 446 oficinas motivada por el cierre de oficinas. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo-servicios.es\/unicaja\/html\/58869.html\">[&#8230;]<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\">Mientras tanto, es necesario <strong>reanudar con urgencia las negociaciones en curso para encontrar soluciones a los graves problemas que acucian a la plantilla: <\/strong>la falta de personal, la bajada de nivel de cientos de oficinas, el teletrabajo, la cartera de pr&eacute;stamos de empleados, la clasificaci&oacute;n de oficinas 2023, la homologaci&oacute;n salarial con incremento salarial, el abono de la paga de Cajastur y otros muchos temas que tenemos pendientes de negociaci&oacute;n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\">La reciente sustituci&oacute;n del Consejero Delegado debe suponer una vuelta al di&aacute;logo y al consenso, imprescindible en los actuales tiempos en los que la desmotivaci&oacute;n y la desconexi&oacute;n emocional de la plantilla empieza a ser un grav&iacute;simo problema humano y empresarial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\">Es urgente volver a sentarse a negociar.
