HOY UNICAJA ARDE: HAY QUE ACORDAR OTRA CLASIFICACIÓN Y MEJORES COMPLEMENTOS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

ESTAMOS APLASTADOS PSICOLÓGICAMENTE, DESMOTIVADOS COMO NUNCA, HARTOS DE AGUANTAR PRESIÓN PARA QUE HOY RECIBAMOS NÓMINAS RIDÍCULAS, O INCLUSO NEGATIVAS, POR LA RETROCESIÓN DE LOS COMPLEMENTOS DE RESPONSABILIDAD.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ayer se publicó la clasificación de oficinas y 446 oficinas han bajado de nivel y con ello, cerca de mil personas se han visto afectadas como consecuencia de la política de cierres que ha venido practicando la entidad y de la que no tienen culpa las personas trabajadoras, las que se baten el cobre a diario, las que tiran del carro soportando presiones inaguantables, cumpliendo objetivos inalcanzables. Y a cambio lo que reciben es una puñalada que viene a apuntillar una situación que solo provoca DESMOTIVACIÓN, RABIA E IMPOTENCIA. LA PLANTILLA YA NO PUEDES MÁS. ¿ES TAN DIFÍCIL DE ENTENDER POR LOS QUE MANDAN? ¿TAN DIFÍCIL? <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Hoy cientos de compañeros y compañeras se han llevado la desagradable sorpresa de recibir sus nóminas regularizadas por la retrocesión del plus de responsabilidad ante el descenso de nivel de su oficina. Eso sí, con email adjunto en el que le ofrecen la posibilidad de pedir un anticipo a devolver en 3 meses. ¡Todo un detalle! NO HAY QUE OFRECER ANTICIPOS, HAY QUE PAGAR BUENOS COMPLEMENTOS PARA QUE A LA GENTE LE MEREZCA LA PENA ASUMIR RESPONSABILIDADES<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

CCOO ya advirtió de las consecuencias que los cierres de más de 400 oficinas, y las correspondientes integraciones en otras, iban a acarrear en la clasificación general.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La plantilla no tiene culpa de la política de contracción de la red comercial que Unicaja ha puesto en marcha. Por ello, urge acordar una clasificación que contemple:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Incrementar los porcentajes de oficinas en los niveles A, B, C, D y E y eliminar el nivel G <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Mejorar sustancialmente y de manera urgente los complementos de puesto de trabajo sin que éstos puedan ser absorbidos por los niveles profesionales ni por otros complementos.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Incrementar los niveles a consolidar por el desempeño de la dirección y la subdirección de las oficinas. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. La consolidación automática del nivel en curso de aquellas personas cuyas oficinas desciendan de nivel porque otras de su mismo nivel hayan sido objeto de integraciones.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. La consolidación automática del nivel VII al año de desempeñar la dirección de una oficina.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Realizar la clasificación de oficinas con datos a 31\/10 para que los respectivos niveles queden fijados a uno de enero de cada año y así evitar que se realice la clasificación a mediados de año y dé lugar a retrocesiones de los complementos y de la diferencia retributiva a quienes estén afectado por la bajada de nivel de su oficina.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    O UNICAJA RECTIFICA y nos ponemos a negociar ya en serio, y sin personalismos del sindicato de siempre, o mucho nos tememos que no habrá UNICAJA que dirigir cuando llegue el nuevo CEO.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    ES INADMISIBLE QUE EL PATO SIEMPRE LO PAGUEN LOS MISMOS. Y NO LO VAMOS A CONSENTIR. ¡YA ESTÁ BIEN!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
