{"id":12659,"date":"2011-11-08T12:26:54","date_gmt":"2011-11-08T11:26:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/serviciostecnicos\/zona\/estatales\/segunda-reunion-ere-tragsatec\/"},"modified":"2026-05-22T13:44:36","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T11:44:36","slug":"segunda-reunion-ere-tragsatec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/serviciostecnicos\/noticias\/segunda-reunion-ere-tragsatec\/","title":{"rendered":"SEGUNDA REUNION ERE &#8211; TRAGSATEC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy se ha desarrollado la segunda reuni\u00f3n de la mesa del ERE suspensivo y donde la parte social hemos<br \/>\npresentado un documento con las condiciones que mejoren el plan de acompa\u00f1amiento del ERE, tal y<br \/>\ncomo os adelant\u00e1bamos en el comunicado del d\u00eda 3 de Noviembre.<br \/> \n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccoo-servicios.es\/tragsatec\/html\/22377.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" align=\"middle\" alt=\"\" style=\"width: 32px; height: 32px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/serviciostecnicos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/05\/leermas.avif\" \/>Leer m\u00e1s<\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hemos insistido en la necesidad de vincular la suspensi\u00f3n, soluci\u00f3n de presente, con la garant\u00eda y la<br \/>\nplurianualidad del encargo, soluci\u00f3n de futuro, por parte de la Junta de Extremadura, sin que la empresa<br \/>\nest\u00e9 en disposici\u00f3n de poder aportar dicha garant\u00eda, ya que seg\u00fan nos dicen, la Junta no ha concedido el<br \/>\nencargo a Tragsatec, al menos a fecha de hoy.<\/p>\n<p>Llegado a esta situaci\u00f3n, hemos planteado un receso, para que, por un lado, Tragsatec pudiera valorar y<br \/>\ncuantificar la propuesta que le hemos presentado y por otro, la parte social, valorar y debatir el c\u00e9ntranos<br \/>\nen el problema actual: la mejora de las condiciones del Plan de acompa\u00f1amiento del ERE.<\/p>\n<p>Ha habido una contrapropuesta de Tragsatec, en la que quieren centrar el tema en cuatro puntos: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00famero de personas del reten, lo mantienen en 29 personas.<\/li>\n<li>Vacaciones pendientes.<\/li>\n<li>Abono de Complemento a la prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo, que supone el abono de una cantidad por<br \/>\nparte de la empresa, complementando la prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo y que han establecido en un<br \/>\n10% de salario bruto.<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n, que ha quedado pendiente de estudio por parte de Tragsatec.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desde la parte social hemos pedido los datos globales de cotizaci\u00f3n a la seguridad social y salarios, a fin<br \/>\nde valorar los costes que el ERE puede suponer a la empresa y las bonificaciones aplicables a las cuotas<br \/>\nde Seguridad Social, por la aplicaci\u00f3n de los procesos de formaci\u00f3n impartidos durante el ERE y c\u00f3mo<br \/>\nsomos capaces de trasladar estos importes a las nominas de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u00f1ana hemos quedado, solo la parte social, en una nueva reuni\u00f3n para valorar estos datos que nos van a<br \/>\nsuministrar y el d\u00eda 11, viernes, ser\u00e1 la pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n de la mesa.<\/p>\n<p>Desde Comfia-CCOO creemos que hay margen para mejorar ese complemento y que puede suponer una<br \/>\nayuda econ\u00f3mica importante en los dos meses que dure la suspensi\u00f3n y en ese sentido vamos a insistir<br \/>\nante Tragsatec para su mejora.
