{"id":8643,"date":"2025-03-11T17:23:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T16:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/oesia\/zona\/estatales\/ccoo-boletin-informativo-no53-la-informacion-que-te-interesa\/"},"modified":"2026-04-28T21:08:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T19:08:53","slug":"ccoo-boletin-informativo-no53-la-informacion-que-te-interesa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/oesia\/publicaciones\/ccoo-boletin-informativo-no53-la-informacion-que-te-interesa\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO &#8211; Bolet\u00edn Informativo N\u00ba53 &#8211; La informaci\u00f3n que te interesa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy en el&nbsp;Bolet&iacute;n informativo n&ordm; 53&nbsp;tratamos los temas siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color:#d35400\">NUEVAS MEDIDAS DEL PLAN DE IGUALDAD<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color:#d35400\">DISFRUTE VACACIONES A&Ntilde;O ANTERIOR<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color:#d35400\">JORNADA LABORAL Y SALUD MENTAL: MENOS ANSIOL&Iacute;TICOS Y M&Aacute;S AUTOORGANIZACI&Oacute;N DE CLASE<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color:#d35400\">NUESTRA FUERZA LA AFILIACI&Oacute;N<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/oesia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2026\/04\/Boletin53-A01-MedidasPlanIgualdad.avif\" style=\"float:left; height:175px; margin-right:10px; width:310px\" \/><strong><span style=\"color:#d32e12\">NUEVAS MEDIDAS DEL PLAN DE IGUALDAD<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Seguimos informando sobre nuevas medidas recogidas en el nuevo Plan de Igualdad de Oesia Networks.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, indicar que se ha conseguido que el reposo domiciliario de 48 horas prescrito por servicios de urgencia sea un permiso retribuido, quedando la medida redactada de la siguiente forma:&nbsp;<strong>&ldquo;Se considera permiso retribuido el reposo domiciliario prescrito por personal m&eacute;dico del servicio de urgencias, sin mediar parte de baja emitido por el INSS y de duraci&oacute;n seg&uacute;n prescripci&oacute;n facultativa, hasta 48 horas de la prescripci&oacute;n.&rdquo;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Consideramos que esta medida ayuda a la plantilla a no tener que estar &ldquo;pase&aacute;ndonos&rdquo; por diferentes servicios m&eacute;dicos cuando nuestro estado de salud est&aacute; resentido y lo que realmente necesitamos es descansar.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/oesia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2026\/04\/Boletin53-A02-VacacionesAnoAnterior.avif\" style=\"float:left; height:175px; margin-right:10px; width:310px\" \/><strong><span style=\"color:#d32e12\">DISFRUTE VACACIONES A&Ntilde;O ANTERIOR<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Desde el anterior Plan de Igualdad acordado en 2018, la plantilla de Oes&iacute;a Networks podemos<strong>&nbsp;disfrutar de 5 d&iacute;as laborables o 7 naturales de vacaciones<\/strong>, seg&uacute;n convenio,&nbsp;<strong>hasta el 31 de marzo<\/strong>&nbsp;del a&ntilde;o siguiente.<\/p>\n<p>Para todas aquellas personas que a&uacute;n les quede por disfrutar estos d&iacute;as, os recordamos dicho plazo l&iacute;mite.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, os recordamos que en el momento de&nbsp;<strong>la solicitud<\/strong>, en la aplicaci&oacute;n de ausencias,&nbsp;<strong>se debe indicar<\/strong>&nbsp;que las vacaciones solicitadas son las del<strong>&nbsp;periodo de disfrute del 01\/01\/2024 al 31\/03\/2025<\/strong>&nbsp;para que no haya equ&iacute;voco<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/oesia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2026\/04\/Boletin53-A03-GenteConClase.avif\" style=\"float:left; height:175px; margin-right:10px; width:310px\" \/><strong><span style=\"color:#d32e12\">JORNADA LABORAL Y SALUD MENTAL: MENOS ANSIOL&Iacute;TICOS Y M&Aacute;S AUTOORGANIZACI&Oacute;N DE CLASE<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hay quien asegura que reducir la jornada laboral podr&iacute;a conseguir que cientos de miles de personas dejaran los tranquilizantes.
