cumpliendo lo que desde&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c82613\">CCOO&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">ven&iacute;amos adelantando; &quot;Van a aprovechar cualquier oportunidad para ahorrarse unos cuantos euros&quot; y as&iacute; ha sucedido sustrayendo la actualizaci&oacute;n del complemento de retenci&oacute;n y talento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Desde&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c82613\">CCOO&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">hemos conseguido paralizar y reconducir algunas de las decisiones que hab&iacute;a tomado la Direcci&oacute;n, consiguiendo as&iacute; que el impacto sea menor. &nbsp;En ese sentido, para el colectivo de Contact Center se ha conseguido:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36pt; margin-right:0cm; text-align:start\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Que no se cambien los turnos 3 o 4 d&iacute;as antes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36pt; margin-right:0cm; text-align:start\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Que&nbsp;se respeten los descansos de 12 h entre turno y turno.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36pt; margin-right:0cm; text-align:start\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Que no se tenga&nbsp;que avisar a&nbsp;coordinaci&oacute;n\/supervisi&oacute;n&nbsp;al hacer parada para ir al ba&ntilde;o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36pt; margin-right:0cm; text-align:start\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Que&nbsp;en el mismo d&iacute;a&nbsp;no impongan&nbsp;que se salga antes con cargo a horas de bolsa,&nbsp;por no haber volumen de llamadas seg&uacute;n sus c&aacute;lculos estimados antes de poner los turnos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36pt; margin-right:0cm; text-align:start\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Que no se tengan que hacer cursos fuera de horario laboral e imputar que se han realizado dentro de horario.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36pt; margin-right:0cm; text-align:start\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Que se paguen&nbsp;los atrasos del teletrabajo,&nbsp;y desde el mes pasado<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">&nbsp;se abonan seg&uacute;n convenio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">La Direcci&oacute;n no est&aacute; regalando absolutamente nada, son correcciones que eran coherentes dentro del marco normativo, y que se deber&iacute;an aplicar de manera proactiva sin que&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c82613\">CCOO&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">presione para ello.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Exigimos la actualizaci&oacute;n del&nbsp;Complemento de Retenci&oacute;n y Talento o habr&aacute; conflicto<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">.&nbsp;Ya est&aacute; bien de los asaltos a los bolsillos de las personas trabajadoras para conseguir un poco m&aacute;s de dinero que satisfaga la ambici&oacute;n desmedida de la Direcci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#c0392b; font-family:geneva,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><img decoding=\"async\" dir=\"ltr\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/oesia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2026\/04\/Imagen47_2.avif\" style=\"float:left; height:85px; margin:2px; width:300px\" \/>REIVINDICAMOS MEJORAS PARA LA PLANTILLA<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Durante el tercer trimestre del a&ntilde;o en curso, hemos venido manteniendo reuniones con la interlocuci&oacute;n de la Direcci&oacute;n de la Empresa con el objetivo de conseguir mejoras para la plantilla. Desde <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c82613\">CCOO <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">entendemos que la buena marcha de la empresa se debe reflejar tambi&eacute;n en las n&oacute;minas y beneficios de quienes<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">d&iacute;a a d&iacute;a conseguimos que los resultados econ&oacute;micos sean los que son. <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">En ese sentido, hemos reclamado a la Direcci&oacute;n las siguientes mejoras para la plantilla:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Seguro m&eacute;dico para toda la plantilla.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Actualizaci&oacute;n salarial generalizada para enero de 2024<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Mejoras en las condiciones de teletrabajo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Ayudas econ&oacute;micas a familias con personas dependientes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Incentivos para personas que trabajen en presencial (ayuda a la comida, transporte, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Cesta de Navidad, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">La Direcci&oacute;n no puede negar la buena marcha de la empresa, punto que no deja de pregonar en eventos y medios de comunicaci&oacute;n, y por lo tanto no tiene excusa, pero se dedica a echar balones fuera y a proponernos como mejora para la plantilla:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Cr&eacute;ditos a trav&eacute;s de CaixaBank donde te regalan una cantimplora y si adem&aacute;s domicilias la n&oacute;mina se puede conseguir &iexcl;hasta un televisor!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">&iquest;Nos toman el pelo? Ya est&aacute; bien de marear la perdiz: <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c82613\">CCOO <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">EN LUCHA POR CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO DIGNAS. MEJORAS O CONFLICTO<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#c0392b; font-family:geneva,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><img decoding=\"async\" dir=\"ltr\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/oesia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2026\/04\/Imagen47_3.avif\" style=\"float:left; height:288px; margin:2px; width:293px\" \/>&iquest;CURSOS DE FORMACI&Oacute;N?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">La Direcci&oacute;n de la Empresa ha comenzado una campa&ntilde;a de cursos de formaci&oacute;n presencial<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#1f497d\">. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Desde <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c82613\">CCOO <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">nos parece una buena iniciativa, no obstante, estamos observando ciertas incoherencias:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">No es posible elegir qu&eacute; cursos realizar, independientemente del perfil profesional de la persona. Podemos encontrarnos a personas ingenieras o expertas en Administraci&oacute;n de Base de Datos obligadas a asistir a cursos de Excel, personas desarrolladoras de software obligadas a asistir a cursos de Comunicaci&oacute;n Inspiradora, profesionales con m&aacute;s de 10 a&ntilde;os de experiencia en Sistemas asistiendo a cursos de Innovaci&oacute;n Centrada en el &Eacute;xito, entre otros.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">La preparaci&oacute;n y adecuaci&oacute;n de las aulas de formaci&oacute;n no cumplen la normativa de Prevenci&oacute;n de Riesgos Laborales. En muchos de los casos, nos encontramos aulas sin monitores, cables tirados por el suelo, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">La semana pasada fue despedida una persona por no asistir a un curso de formaci&oacute;n. Desde <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c82613\">CCOO <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">consideramos que se pueden hacer mejor las cosas por parte de la Direcci&oacute;n, como informar de las consecuencias de no asistir a los cursos, avisar con la debida anticipaci&oacute;n, ser transparentes con el procedimiento y tener constancia que la persona ha entendido las normas, etc. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">La iniciativa de formar a personas es buena y necesaria, pero formaci&oacute;n de calidad, adaptada al perfil profesional, proporcional a la experiencia, con aulas correctamente adaptadas, en horario laboral, etc. y sobre todo si se va a despedir disciplinariamente ante el incumplimiento de asistir, se debe ser transparente con las consecuencias y tener constancia que la persona acepta y ha comprendido la pol&iacute;tica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy en el&nbsp;Bolet&iacute;n informativo n&ordm; 47 tratamos los temas siguientes: LA DIRECCI&Oacute;N NO APLICA LAS ACTUALIZACIONES DE LOS NUEVOS CONVENIOS DE MANERA CORRECTA REIVINDICAMOS MEJORAS PARA LA PLANTILLA &iquest;CURSOS DE FORMACI&Oacute;N?
