que la direcci\u00f3n de BBK ha entregado en la reuni\u00f3n de la mesa negociadora de hoy lunes 21 de Febrero.<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/><\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Ingresos en BBK:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>No es momento para nuevas incorporaciones y las que se produzcan en el futuro se har\u00e1n sin supervisi\u00f3n de los sindicatos de BBK.<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Ascensos por antig\u00fcedad:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Consideran que es excesivo que se ascienda de forma \u201cvegetativa\u201d hasta el Nivel IX y proponen la limitaci\u00f3n de ascensos por antig\u00fcedad hasta el Nivel XII y en adelante el ascenso ser\u00e1 a criterio de la entidad.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Jornada:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Ampliar el caudal horario laboral en 15 horas para formaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Ampliar a dos tardes la jornada en Servicios Centrales sin modificaci\u00f3n del caudal horario.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Permisos no retribuidos: eliminar el permiso de 2 a 6 meses.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Excedencias voluntarias: eliminar la garant\u00eda de reingreso.<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Permisos, medidas de conciliaci\u00f3n familiar y laboral y vacaciones: nueva regulaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Retribuci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Bajar la cuant\u00eda de los trienios, porque los actuales son altos.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Eliminar la paga de los 25 a\u00f1os para las nuevas incorporaciones.<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Faltas y sanciones:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Incluir &nbsp;los perjuicios a la imagen de BBK y el perjuicio del trato al cliente.<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>El expediente disciplinario s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1 obligatorio en los casos de falta muy grave.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Normas de oficinas:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Clasificaci\u00f3n de oficinas: buscar un nuevo sistema porque con el actual suben de categor\u00eda muchas oficinas.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Eliminar la obligatoriedad de cubrir las plazas de subdirecci\u00f3n en oficinas C<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Beneficios sociales:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Revisar los importes de determinados beneficios sociales como la ayuda por hijos, la ayuda por nacimiento, aportaci\u00f3n EPSV,etc.<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Pr\u00e9stamos a la plantilla: establecer la hipoteca al 100%<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Incremento salarial:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>IPC con revisi\u00f3n.<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Formaci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Revisar el actual sistema de formaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Varios:<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Eliminar la obligaci\u00f3n de publicar los puestos de los Servicios Centrales.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><span style=\"white-space:pre\" class=\"Apple-tab-span\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Negociar el plan de Igualdad.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/><\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Y todas estas reivindicaciones patronales se escudan en el viejo refr\u00e1n: &nbsp;\u201cAprovechando que el Pisuerga pasa por Valladolid\u201d; porque la crisis del sector financiero es la excusa para meter la tijera al convenio de BBK. Y eso pese a que la BBK ha obtenido unos beneficios de 257 millones de euros, con una de las menores moras del sector y un capital principal de los m\u00e1s altos.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/><\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Pero parece que la saneada situaci\u00f3n de la BBK y el ser la segunda entidad con beneficios m\u00e1s altos en t\u00e9rminos absolutos no es m\u00e9rito de la plantilla. Es m\u00e1s, vista esta \u201calucinada\u201d plataforma de peticiones de la direcci\u00f3n de la BBK, lo que nos merecemos es un castigo, un amplio castigo.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>Es evidente que las peticiones de la empresa est\u00e1n fuera de la realidad de la BBK y el trabajo de la plantilla, porque, en palabras del presidente en la convenci\u00f3n de enero, el ejercicio que hemos realizado ha sido notable.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/><\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><strong>El pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda 2 de Marzo tendremos una nueva reuni\u00f3n y esperamos que las posturas de la direcci\u00f3n se puedan atener m\u00e1s a la realidad.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n  <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<div> \n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Esta es la plataforma que la direcci\u00f3n de BBK ha entregado en la reuni\u00f3n de la mesa negociadora de hoy lunes 21 de Febrero.
