Para\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\">la Caja. Para<\/span><\/personname><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\"> que la plantilla pueda tener una informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s directa y evaluable sobre las propuestas y las \u201cintenciones\u201d de cada parte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\">Porque lo cierto es que el d\u00eda 28, el viernes pasado, a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana CC.OO., ELA y <\/span><personname productid=\"la Empresa\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\">la Empresa<\/span><\/personname><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\"> (7 personas en total) mantuvimos una reuni\u00f3n para seguir intentando buscar una salida al convenio. Y lo cierto es que, tras exponer los dos sindicatos que hab\u00eda acuerdo sobre la trasposici\u00f3n de categor\u00edas a niveles, se manten\u00eda el desacuerdo sobre los ascensos por antig\u00fcedad ya que no contempl\u00e1bamos ninguna propuesta que no mantuviera el actual salario de 37.000 euros como final de dichos ascensos. Y ah\u00ed se l\u00edo la de \u201cDios es Cristo\u201d. El alto representante de BBK (el m\u00e1s alto de los cuatro que asist\u00edan) recogi\u00f3 los papeles y tras un tenso intercambio de \u201cgolpes\u201d dial\u00e9cticos anunci\u00f3 que \u201cellos ya ten\u00edan todo ese tema muy valorado\u201d y que la postura de los dos sindicatos le parec\u00eda una \u201ctomadura de pelo\u201d. Un \u201calto representante de CC.OO.\u201d (aunque, la verdad, m\u00e1s bajo) le insisti\u00f3 en que reconsiderara la postura y que no tirara por la borda lo avanzado. El \u201calto representante de la caja\u201d insisti\u00f3 en que no hab\u00eda nada m\u00e1s que hablar y puso fin a la reuni\u00f3n, sin nueva fecha para continuarla. Por eso el encabezamiento de nuestra nota de ese d\u00eda: \u201cLa caja rompe las conversaciones\u201d. Es decir, exactamente lo que hab\u00eda sucedido en la reuni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\">Y no es menos cierto que el mismo d\u00eda 21, con la nota ya en <\/span><personname productid=\"la Intranet\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\">la Intranet<\/span><\/personname><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"FONT-FAMILY: \"Comic Sans MS\"\">, el director de Recursos Humanos y un representante de CC.OO. mantuvieron una conversaci\u00f3n para ver si era posible continuar las conversaciones.
