En concreto, la cantidad que ha establecido Caja Extremadura es 3,25 millones de euros. Esta cuesti\u00f3n, la de la obra social, y el recorte de la plantilla, son los dos problemas principales que ha provocado que la vicepresidenta del gobierno de Extremadura, Cristina Teniente, alertara sobre la situaci\u00f3n de esta caja y la posibilidad de salir de la fusi\u00f3n, como ha ocurrido con Caja Rural de Extremadura. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #910000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/economia.elpais.com\/economia\/2013\/06\/06\/vivienda\/1370535303_394286.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #910000\">SANTANDER LANZA UNA HIPOTECA PARA FINANCIAR LA COMPRA DE VIVIENDAS DE SAREB<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">La superhipoteca, que comercializar\u00e1 en su red de oficinas el Santander, para primera residencia puede ser de hasta 30 a\u00f1os, hasta el 80 % del valor de tasaci\u00f3n y un precio a partir de eur\u00edbor + 2,25 %, en funci\u00f3n de la vinculaci\u00f3n que establezca el cliente con la entidad. Para segundas residencias, la financiaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima es del 60 %, con plazos de hasta 25 a\u00f1os y con tipos m\u00ednimos de euribor + 3%. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #940000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eleconomista.es\/castilla_y_leon\/noticias\/4888956\/06\/13\/espanaduero-aprueba-el-proximo-lunes-su-conversion-en-fundacion.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #940000\">ESPA\u00d1A-DUERO APRUEBA EL PR\u00d3XIMO LUNES SU CONVERSI\u00d3N EN FUNDACI\u00d3N<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">En ese Consejo se aprobar\u00e1 su conversi\u00f3n en Fundaci\u00f3n, como exige la Ley, sin que se sepa con seguridad el destino del Banco Ceiss, al que traspas\u00f3 toda su actividad financiera. El Banco se debate entre la nacionalizaci\u00f3n o la absorci\u00f3n por parte de Unicaja. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #960000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elperiodicodearagon.com\/noticias\/economia\/ibercaja-preve-cerrar-unas-30-oficinas-de-su-red-de-expansion_859977.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #960000\">IBERCAJA PREV\u00c9 CERRAR UNAS 30 OFICINAS DE SU RED DE EXPANSI\u00d3N<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">La medida afecta a 140 empleados, 70 ser\u00e1n extinciones y el resto traslados. La entidad completa as\u00ed el ERE de 275 bajas pactado con los sindicatos Las 70 extinciones, que se ejecutar\u00e1n en el plazo de algo m\u00e1s de un mes, forman parte del acuerdo que la entidad, presidida por Amado Franco, alcanz\u00f3 con los sindicatos hace algo m\u00e1s de un mes para poner en marcha un Expediente de Regulaci\u00f3n de Empleo (ERE), que contemplaba hasta 275 bajas. Pues bien, el primer proceso de salidas, dirigido a 205 empleados mayores de 61 a\u00f1os ya se cerr\u00f3, pero ahora se abre una segunda fase, con 70 afectados, que permitir\u00e1 completar el ERE. La empresa se comprometi\u00f3 a no plantear ning\u00fan otro proceso sin acuerdo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2014. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #990000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/economia.elpais.com\/economia\/2013\/06\/06\/actualidad\/1370514953_190379.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #990000\">CONSUMO DICTA LOS PRIMEROS LAUDOS SOBRE LAS PREFERENTES DE BANKIA<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">La Junta Nacional Arbitral de Consumo ha dictado ya los primeros 21 laudos, todos favorables a clientes de Bankia que hab\u00edan acudido al proceso de arbitraje abierto para titulares de participaciones preferentes y deuda subordinada, seg\u00fan ha informado este jueves la entidad. De la veintena de laudos, cuyo efecto es que los ahorradores podr\u00e1n recuperar el dinero invertido menos intereses, seis han sido en la Comunidad de Madrid y 15 en la Comunidad Valenciana. A partir de ahora se ir\u00e1n dictando nuevas resoluciones que afectar\u00e1n a clientes de toda Espa\u00f1a. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR:
