Desde el sector financiero ven ya como una realidad que Unicaja y Ceiss ser\u00e1n una sola entidad despu\u00e9s del verano aunque la fusi\u00f3n efectiva tendr\u00eda que producirse antes. Unicaja ha hecho valer que el Estado no puede permitirse una nacionalizaci\u00f3n de una entidad del tama\u00f1o de Ceiss, por lo que ha accedido a sus peticiones. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #a30000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/economia.elpais.com\/economia\/2013\/05\/28\/actualidad\/1369767862_958850.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #a30000\">LOS EMPLEADOS DEL \u2018BANCO MALO\u2019 CON DATOS RESERVADOS NO PODR\u00c1N COMPRAR&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Los trabajadores con informaci\u00f3n relevante no podr\u00e1n adquirir o alquilar en la sociedad Tampoco sus familiares m\u00e1s directos lo tienen permitido, seg\u00fan el c\u00f3digo de conducta Asimismo, y para preservar la objetividad e imparcialidad absoluta en las decisiones, el conocido como &#8216;banco malo&#8217; proh\u00edbe la aceptaci\u00f3n de regalos e invitaciones de clientes, proveedores, o cualquier otra persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica que pretenda establecer relaciones de negocio con la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Sareb, que as\u00ed impulsa los compromisos de integridad, transparencia y comportamiento c\u00edvico, destac\u00f3 que este c\u00f3digo supone \u00abun paso m\u00e1s\u00bb en su objetivo de cumplir con los principios \u00e9ticos m\u00e1s exigentes a nivel nacional e internacional.(como que su Presidenta y Director cobren m\u00e1s de 30.000\u20ac al mes en un pa\u00eds con el 27% de paro) <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #990000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.europapress.es\/cantabria\/noticia-sindicatos-cifran-80-seguimiento-huelga-liberbank-20130528140810.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #990000\">LOS SINDICATOS CIFRAN EN UN 80% EL SEGUIMIENTO DE LA HUELGA EN LIBERBANK<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">El delegado de CCOO ha lamentado que la empresa no se haya dirigido todav\u00eda a los representantes de los trabajadores para tratar de retomar las negociaciones, y ha advertido que, si no lo hace, \u00abseguro\u00bb que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas se plantear\u00e1n nuevas medidas consensuadas entre todos sindicatos, ha advertido. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #9c0000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/es.news-republic.com\/Web\/ArticleWeb.aspx?regionid=7&amp;articleid=9563952&amp;source=digest\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #9c0000\">UGT Y CCOO ACUSAN A LA UE DE INJERENCIA EN LA POL\u00cdTICA\u00bbNACIONAL\u00bb DE PENSIONES<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">\u00abLa Uni\u00f3n Europea no tiene nada que decir sobre el presente o el futuro de las pensiones\u00bb, ha subrayado M\u00e9ndez, quien ha insistido en que el mensaje deber\u00eda ser que la alternativa \u00abm\u00e1s importante\u00bb es apostar por el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y el empleo en vez de buscar iniciativas o recortes que puedan aumentar la angustia o la incertidumbre de la poblaci\u00f3n. \u00abLas autoridades europeas no escarmientan\u00bb ha criticado el l\u00edder de CCOO, para quien siguen profundizando en la din\u00e1mica de reformas \u00abante la evidencia del fracaso de las pol\u00edticas de austeridad\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #990000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccoo-servicios.info\/noticias\/77386.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #990000\">SE DESCONVOCA LA HUELGA PREVISTA PARA HOY EN BMN<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">En la reuni\u00f3n que esta noche ha mantenido la representaci\u00f3n sindical de BMN con la Direcci\u00f3n y con el objetivo de acercar los posicionamientos en aquellos puntos donde se evidenciaban m\u00e1s fricciones, finalmente se ha llegado a un principio de acuerdo, hasta la firma definitiva, con el que podemos anunciar la desconvocatoria de la Huelga prevista para hoy mi\u00e9rcoles 29 de mayo. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #a60000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.europapress.es\/economia\/laboral-00346\/noticia-expertos-tienen-aproximadamente-semana-terminar-informe-factor-sostenibilidad-20130528144905.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #a60000\">LOS EXPERTOS TIENEN UNA SEMANA PARA TERMINAR EL INFORME SOBRE PENSIONES<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Las fuentes consultadas apuntan a que existen tres voces discordantes en el seno del Comit\u00e9: la del catedr\u00e1tico de Econom\u00eda Aplicada de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid, que ha representado a UGT en el consejo de administraci\u00f3n de RTVE, Santos M. Ruesga; la del director del Gabinete de Estudios de CC.OO., Miguel \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda D\u00edaz; y la del catedr\u00e1tico del Derecho del Trabajo y af\u00edn del PSOE, Jos\u00e9 Luis Tortuero. Desde el entorno del Comit\u00e9 se\u00f1alan que las principales discrepancias se refieren a la previsible decisi\u00f3n de desvincular la revalorizaci\u00f3n de las pensiones del IPC y de aplicar el factor de sostenibilidad ya en 2014. Estas fuentes se\u00f1alan que, en contra de estas tesis, \u00abma\u00f1ana no va a quebrar el sistema de pensiones\u00bb y se podr\u00edan establecer \u00abf\u00f3rmulas para que el Estado se haga cargo del mayor coste de las pensiones de forma paulatina\u00bb hasta la aplicaci\u00f3n del factor de sostenibilidad en 2032, como se preve\u00eda en la reforma de las pensiones de 2011. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #9c0000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.europapress.es\/economia\/noticia-audiencia-nacional-avala-despido-colectivo-1850-empleados-ncg-banco-20130528171532.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #9c0000\">LA AUDIENCIA NACIONAL AVALA EL DESPIDO COLECTIVO DE 1.850 EMPLEADOS DE NCG BANCO<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">La Sala de lo Social de la Audiencia Nacional ha avalado el despido colectivo en Novagalicia Banco (NCG Banco), anteriormente Novacaixagalicia, y que supone la supresi\u00f3n de 1.850 puestos de trabajo, al considerar que la medida estaba justificada para lograr que la entidad bancaria pudiera seguir operativa. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #9c0000\"><a
