Pero<br \/>\nhace algo m\u00e1s de un mes, Unicaja decidi\u00f3 reducir su capital y adquirir estas<br \/>\nparticipaciones en paralelo al intento de vender esta ficha bancaria con<br \/>\npresencia en Madrid y M\u00e1laga. Pero ante la imposibilidad de encontrar un<br \/>\ncomprador Unicaja clausura casi toda la actividad de este banco, aunque ha<br \/>\noptado por mantener el capital m\u00ednimo necesario los movimientos imprescindibles<br \/>\npara no tener que liquidar la entidad, y conservar la ficha bancaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica,
