Equivale al 94% del PIB, el nivel m\u00e1s alto de los \u00faltimos 100 a\u00f1os, al filo del bill\u00f3n. El volumen de pasivo se ha duplicado con la crisis. En los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, se ha disparado en 230.000 millones, unos 24 puntos del PIB. No se puede conocer la cartera de capital prestado de cada instituci\u00f3n, porque no todas tienen por qu\u00e9 comunicar sus posiciones globales, aunque si hubiese que buscar al principal prestamista individual con toda probabilidad habr\u00eda que llamar a la Seguridad Social: m\u00e1s del 90% de su fondo de reserva est\u00e1 colocado en pasivo p\u00fablico y en la recta final del a\u00f1o rondaba los 60.000 millones. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\"><a
