En cualquier caso, a\u00fan est\u00e1n pendientes las cuentas de 2012. Los datos han sido obtenidos de dichos informes de fiscalizaci\u00f3n publicados en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado o disponibles en el Tribunal de Cuentas. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(181, 0, 0);\">MONTORO, DEJA DE AMENAZAR Y TIRA DE LA MANTA <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"font-size: small;\">Qu\u00e9 ha dicho hoy Montoro? B\u00e1sicamente que algunos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n criticando su actuaci\u00f3n porque tienen problemas econ\u00f3micos y no est\u00e1n al d\u00eda con la Agencia Tributaria. No dicen quienes, s\u00f3lo que \u201cvienen a mi despacho a contarme sus problemas con la Agencia Tributaria\u201d. Todo es esperp\u00e9ntico. Si de verdad hay directores de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n que tratan de saltarse todos los cauces legales y se re\u00fanen con el Ministro de Hacienda para pedirle un trato especial en el pago de impuestos deber\u00eda denunciarlo porque seguramente sea ilegal. Y aunque no lo fuera, deber\u00eda hacerlo p\u00fablico, la transparencia en estos asuntos es fundamental. Ya que ha indicado que hay empresas importantes que no est\u00e1n al d\u00eda de pago, que deje de amenazar e informe a todos los espa\u00f1oles cu\u00e1les son dichas empresas y qu\u00e9 cantidad deben, y cual es la forma de pago acordada. No puede decirse que haya un acuerdo, ya que tendr\u00e1 que haber una nueva reuni\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo 18 de diciembre, pero s\u00ed que hay un texto de compromiso que casi todos los Estados miembros aceptan, especialmente Alemania, que ha logrado imponer todas las condiciones que exig\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(181, 0, 0);\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hoy.es\/v\/20131212\/regional\/caja-badajoz-deja-entidad-20131212.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(181, 0, 0);\">CAJA BADAJOZ DEJA DE SER UNA ENTIDAD FINANCIERA Y PASA A SER FUNDACI\u00d3N<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"font-size: small;\">Como estaba previsto, Caja Badajoz renunci\u00f3 ayer a su condici\u00f3n de entidad financiera para pasar a ser una fundaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter especial. As\u00ed lo vot\u00f3 la Asamblea General de la entidad, que despu\u00e9s de nombrar al primer patronato aprob\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n su propia disoluci\u00f3n. A su vez, el banco espa\u00f1ol comprar\u00e1 un 24,9% de BX+, el 16\u00ba banco mexicano, por 97 millones. Esta es la segunda entrada de capital de fortunas latinoamericanas en la banca espa\u00f1ola, tras la inyecci\u00f3n de 1.400 millones de euros de magnates colombianos y mexicanos en el Sabadell en
