NUESTRA PRIORIDAD SIGUE SIENDO EL MANTENIMIENTO DEL EMPLEO<\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Las secciones sindicales de Comfia-CCOO y FeS-UGT en el Grupo Liberbank, a ra\u00edz de la situaci\u00f3n creada por la sentencia de la Audiencia Nacional, por la que se ha estimado la demanda interpuesta por los sindicatos no firmantes del acuerdo por vulneraci\u00f3n de la libertad sindical, y que anula el Acuerdo de 25 de junio desean efectuar las siguientes consideraciones: <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">1. Responsabilizamos a la direcci\u00f3n de la empresa del sentido de la sentencia, por el riesgo reputacional del Grupo en la Audiencia Nacional por la acumulaci\u00f3n de conflictos colectivos y demandas presentadas contra el Grupo por los distintos sindicatos. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">2. Exigimos a la empresa una reuni\u00f3n urgente con la Representaci\u00f3n Legal de los Trabajadores para valorar conjuntamente la situaci\u00f3n creada tras la sentencia. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">3. Pese a nuestras discrepancias con la aplicaci\u00f3n del acuerdo, que motivaron la presentaci\u00f3n de un nuevo conflicto colectivo, lamentamos que su anulaci\u00f3n, vuelva a llenar de incertidumbres a la plantilla. Exigimos a la empresa una decisi\u00f3n inequ\u00edvoca que despeje de una vez por todas de incertidumbres el futuro de las Plantillas del Grupo. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">4. NUESTRA PRIORIDAD Y COMPROMISO ES, HA SIDO Y SER\u00c1 EL MANTENIMIENTO DEL EMPLEO Y LA OCUPACION EFECTIVA DE LOS PUESTOS DE TRABAJO DE LAS PLANTILLAS DEL GRUPO. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\"><a href=\"http:\/\/es.news-republic.com\/Web\/ArticleWeb.aspx?regionid=7&amp;articleid=15503808&amp;source=digest\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\">ROSELL, PRESIDENTE DE LA CEOE: \u00ab\u00bfQU\u00c9 PREFERIMOS, TRABAJOS DE 4 HORAS O QUE NO TENGAN TRABAJO?\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">En su opini\u00f3n, \u00abcuando no tienes producci\u00f3n tienes que prescindir de trabajadores\u00bb y el pa\u00eds \u00abdebe tener mecanismos para poder dejar a los trabajadores en stand by\u00bb en momentos dif\u00edciles. Rosell ha vuelto a poner como ejemplo a Berl\u00edn, donde a los despedidos \u00abse les form\u00f3, se les baj\u00f3 el sueldo y se les pago el subsidio a trav\u00e9s del estado\u00bb. Tambi\u00e9n ha defendido los llamados minijobs, los empleos a tiempo parcial que promueve el Gobierno alem\u00e1n. \u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 preferimos: minijobs o desempleo, que tengan trabajo de cuatro horas o que no tengan trabajo?\u00bb, ha dicho. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elboletin.com\/economia\/87902\/miado-despidos-plantilla-liberbank-anulacion.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\">MIEDO A DESPIDOS EN LA PLANTILLA DE LIBERBANK TRAS LA ANULACI\u00d3N DEL ERE TEMPORAL<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Cabe recurso de casaci\u00f3n ante el Tribunal Supremo en el plazo de cinco d\u00edas La decisi\u00f3n de la Audiencia Nacional de anular el expediente de regulaci\u00f3n temporal de empleo (ERTE) acordado por Liberbank con CCOO y UGT ha supuesto un duro golpe para el banco, pero tambi\u00e9n ha provocado no poca inquietud entre algunos empleados, que temen que con esta anulaci\u00f3n el grupo tire por la calle de en medio y anuncie una ronda de despidos. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gentedigital.es\/badajoz\/noticia\/1262232\/el-pp-iu-y-prex-crex-valoran-el-credito-del-banco-europeo-de-inversiones-y-el-psoe-que-la-region-se-vuelve-a-endeudar\/\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\">EL PP, IU Y PREX-CREX VALORAN EL CR\u00c9DITO DEL BANCO EUROPEO DE INVERSIONES Y EL PSOE QUE LA REGI\u00d3N SE VUELVE A \u00abENDEUDAR\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">El PP, IU y PREx-CREx en el Parlamento de Extremadura han valorado el cr\u00e9dito concedido por el Banco Europeo de Inversiones a la comunidad por importe de 125 millones de euros, mientras que el PSOE ha criticado que se vuelve a \u00abendeudar\u00bb a la comunidad. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elconfidencial.com\/empresas\/2013-11-19\/sareb-incumplira-sus-objetivos-en-2013-por-su-erronea-politica-de-precios-segun-la-troika_56122\/\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\">SAREB INCUMPLIR\u00c1 SUS OBJETIVOS EN 2013 POR SU ERR\u00d3NEA POL\u00cdTICA DE PRECIOS, SEG\u00daN LA TROIKA<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">El informe completo del pen\u00faltimo examen de la troika http:\/\/www.bde.es\/f\/webbde\/GAP\/Secciones\/SalaPrensa\/InformacionInteres\/PlanEuropeoRecapitalizacionBancaria\/Ficheros\/comision_informeevaluacion092013en.pdf al sector financiero espa\u00f1ol, aunque confirma el cumplimiento \u00edntegro del MoU (Memor\u00e1ndum de Entendimiento), da varios varapalos a nuestro pa\u00eds. Uno de los mayores se refiere a Sareb, a la que acusa de haber tardado demasiado en arrancar y de una pol\u00edtica de precios inicial err\u00f3nea <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elconfidencial.com\/economia\/2013-11-17\/cinco-problemas-de-espana-que-se-han-arreglado-con-el-rescate-y-cinco-que-no_55261\/\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\">CINCO PROBLEMAS DE ESPA\u00d1A QUE SE HAN ARREGLADO CON EL RESCATE&#8230; Y CINCO QUE NO<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Lo que ha solucionado el rescate: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">La banca se ha recapitalizado\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Las entidades espa\u00f1olas tienen acceso al mercado\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Se ha creado Sareb, aunque \u201cmalfunciona\u201d\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Se ha dado una soluci\u00f3n a las preferentes, aunque no satisface a los afectados\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Se ha mejorado la supervisi\u00f3n\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Y lo que sigue pendiente: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">El cr\u00e9dito sigue sin fluir\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">El coste para el contribuyente va a ser enorme\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Todav\u00eda no se ha cerrado la reestructuraci\u00f3n\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">La reforma de las cajas sigue empantanada\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">El buen gobierno, asignatura pendiente\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cincodias.com\/cincodias\/2013\/11\/15\/mercados\/1384550149_833577.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\">SANTANDER APROVECHA EL REPLIEGUE DE LAS CAJAS PARA CREAR \u2018BANCA RURAL\u2019<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Santander quiere aprovechar todos los huecos que han dejado las cajas de ahorros tras su repliegue para incrementar su cuota de mercado. Uno de ellos es el sector rural, donde ha identificado un importante potencial para crecer. Para ello, \u00faltima la puesta en marcha del proyecto Banca Rural, con 2.000 puntos de venta, 4.000 profesionales especializados y productos espec\u00edficos, sobre todo en agroalimentaci\u00f3n, con marca propia. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.invertia.com\/noticias\/consejero-caja-badajoz-no-supo-intermoney-propuso-sip-caja-2924001.htm\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: rgb(181,0,0)\">CONSEJERO DE CAJA BADAJOZ NO SUPO QUE INTERMONEY PROPUSO EL SIP DE CAJA3<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">S\u00e1nchez Juli\u00e1, como antes hab\u00eda hecho el diputado de IU Alejandro Nogales, ha expuesto algunas \u00abcasualidades\u00bb y \u00abrelaciones\u00bb que se deber\u00edan haber sabido en el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n, como que un alto directivo de Intermoney proced\u00eda del Banco de Espa\u00f1a.
