Con no menos claridad y firmeza ha condenado, al igual que el responsable de CCOO en Andaluc\u00eda, Paco Carbonero, la redada policial de ayer por impropia de un pa\u00eds democr\u00e1tico. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cincodias.com\/cincodias\/2013\/10\/08\/mercados\/1381253135_275866.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\">CAIXAGERAL PLANTEA UN ERE PARA 286 EMPLEADOS Y CERRAR 63 OFICINAS<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Justo un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de la firma de su \u00faltimo ERE, la filial en Espa\u00f1a del primer banco portugu\u00e9s, Caixa Geral de Dep\u00f3sitos, pone sobre la mesa un nuevo ajuste de m\u00e1s de un tercio de su plantilla y su red de oficinas. La reestructuraci\u00f3n responde a las condiciones impuestas desde Bruselas por las ayudas p\u00fablicas de 1.650 millones que recibi\u00f3 la entidad lusa.Los sindicatos rechazan la propuesta y piden a la direcci\u00f3n que busque f\u00f3rmulas alternativas. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nuevatribuna.es\/articulo\/economia\/catalunyacaixa-ere-medida-caixabank\/20131008122557097134.html\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\">CATALUNYACAIXA: UN ERE A LA MEDIDA DE CAIXABANK<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">El FROB quiere dar por terminada su nefasta gestion en CatalunyaCaixa, hace meses no la quiso colocar porque pretend\u00eda cobrar alguna cantidad del posible comprador, y ahora lo tendr\u00e1 que hacer pag\u00e1ndole y despu\u00e9s fe in riguroso ERE que pretende aplicar a la plantilla. Cabe destacar que ese ERE es muy especial, no s\u00f3lo por las duras condiciones econ\u00f3micas, peores que las de todas las dem\u00e1s entidades nacionalizadas, sino tambi\u00e9n por sus particularidades. Se quiere eliminar toda la plantilla de fuera de Catalu\u00f1a, lo que afecta especialmente a Valencia y Madrid, sino que tampoco se quiere que afecte a la gente mayor al contrario del resto de casos, bajo la excusa de que saldr\u00eda m\u00e1s caro. Todo esto nos puede hacer llegar a la conclusi\u00f3n de que se est\u00e1 haciendo un \u00abtraje a medida\u00bb para un comprador predeterminando. Y este comprador podr\u00eda ser Caixabank. EL <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/huelva24.com\/not\/45447\/el_ere_de_catalunya_banc_supondra_la_desaparicion_de_sus_dos_sucursales_en_huelva\/\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\">ERE DE CATALUNIA BANCO SUPONDR\u00c1 LA DESAPARICI\u00d3N DE SUS DOS SUCURSALES EN HUELVA.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">El sindicato CCOO ha lamentado que el ERE para 2.153 personas pactado entre la direcci\u00f3n y los cuatro sindicatos \u2013SEC, CCOO, UGT Y Csica- supondr\u00e1 \u201cel desmantelamiento y la desaparici\u00f3n de todo el negocio en Andaluc\u00eda \u201c y la p\u00e9rdida de los 197 empleos que existen en la comunidad. La negociaci\u00f3n se ha prolongado durante casi 20 horas desde este martes, con tensi\u00f3n entre la representaci\u00f3n sindical durante la noche, ya que CCOO y UGT eran m\u00e1s reticentes al acuerdo que SEC, el sindicato mayoritario en la entidad, y han presionado para seguir negociando mejoras en las condiciones del ERE. <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/laeconomiadelosconsumidores.adicae.net\/index.php?articulo=1769\" shape=\"rect\"><strong><span style=\"COLOR: #b50000\">ADICAE EXIGE A CEISS QUE DESTINE LOS 1.250 MILLONES SOLICITADOS POR UNICAJA PARA LA FUSI\u00d3N A CUBRIR LAS P\u00c9RDIDAS DE LOS PREFERENTISTAS<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: small\">Fue a ra\u00edz del Hecho Relevante comunicado el pasado 5 de octubre a la CNMV por parte de CEISS cuando ADICAE pudo constatar las penosas condiciones del canje que se les impone a los preferentistas y titulares de deuda subordinada, y que vuelve a confirmar nuestra tesis de que la entidad enga\u00f1\u00f3 flagrantemente a los afectados estas \u00faltimas semanas con propuestas que hoy se confirman como inciertas.
