de Regulaci\u00f3n Temporal de Empleo en Pansfood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ante la inminente finalizaci&oacute;n del Expediente de Regulacion Temporal de Empleo (ERTE) de Fuerza Mayor que est&aacute; aplicando la empresa Pansfood el pr&oacute;ximo d&iacute;a 28 de febrero y el desconocimiento de una posible pr&oacute;rroga, la empresa ha comunicado a la Representaci&oacute;n Legal de los Trabajadores (RLT) y plantilla su intenci&oacute;n de tramitar de manera urgente un ERTE por casusas econom&iacute;as, productivas y organizativas afectando a la totalidad de la plantilla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La comisi&oacute;n representativa queda integrada por 13&nbsp; personas, cuya representatividad queda de la siguiente manera:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/hosteleria\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2026\/05\/PANSFOOD-ERTE-w.avif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El d&iacute;a 11 de febrero, se&nbsp;ha mantenido una reuni&oacute;n donde ha quedado constituida la Comisi&oacute;n negociara e inicio del periodo del consultas donde la empresa hace entrega de documentaci&oacute;n econom&iacute;a, informe t&eacute;cnico, memoria, informe de plantilla.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de este momento tenemos que proceder a la lectura y el an&aacute;lisis de toda la documentaci&oacute;n aportada (26 documentos) para verificar si las causas presentadas por la empresa justifican esta medida.<\/p>\n<p>Acordamos pr&oacute;ximas reuniones para el d&iacute;a 15 y 17 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos a vuestra
