(Teleperformance), empresa del sector de Telemarketing, le notific\u00f3 la finalizaci\u00f3n de su contrato a 31 trabajadores, 25 en su centro de A Coru\u00f1a y 6 en el de Santander, <strong><em>como fin de obra<\/em><\/strong>, en el servicio que prestaba a la empresa AON Direct Marketing G.B. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span verdana?,?sans-serif??=\"\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 32, 41);\">Desde 2005 Iberphone S.A.U. viene prestando servicios de venta de seguros por tel\u00e9fono (telemarketing) para la Empresa AON Direct, la cual&nbsp;en fecha 2 de Abril de 2009 comunic\u00f3 a sus trabajadores que la campa\u00f1a finalizaba el proximo d\u00eda 15 de Abril. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span verdana?,?sans-serif??=\"\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 32, 41);\">El Convenio Colectivo Estatal de Contact Center aplicable se\u00f1ala que<span>&nbsp;<\/span>las relaciones entre Teleperformance y el \u201ccliente\u201d AON Direct Seguros deben fijar sus condiciones mediante contrato escrito, debiendo la Empresa entregar copia del mismo a la representaci\u00f3n de los trabajadoras y Secciones Sindicales. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span verdana?,?sans-serif??=\"\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 32, 41);\">Iberphone, a d\u00eda de hoy y a pesar de los requerimientos realizados por la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo, con base en las denuncias efectuadas por la Secci\u00f3n Sindical de Comfia. CC.OO., <span>&nbsp;<\/span>hasta la fecha <strong><em>solamente ha entregado copia de&nbsp;uno de los contratos, el correspondiente a<span>&nbsp; <\/span>2008.<\/em> <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 32, 41);\"><span>Este incumplimiento para con los representantes de los trabajadores evidencia la situaci\u00f3n irregular en la que se encuentran las trabajadoras y trabajadores de esta campa\u00f1a, ya que los distintos incumplimientos de la Empresa (Real Decreto-Ley 5\/2006), le han llevado a que los afectados tengan en la actualidad la situaci\u00f3n laboral de \u201c<strong>indefinidos<\/strong>\u201d en la Empresa Teleperformance. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span verdana?,?sans-serif??=\"\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 32, 41);\"><strong>La Secci\u00f3n Sindical Estatal de Comfia-CCOO en Teleperformance defendemos, como no puede ser de otra manera, el mantenimiento de todos los puestos de trabajo. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secci\u00f3n Sindical Estatal de COMFIA-CC.OO. de Teleperformance, denuncia que Iberphone, S.A.U.
