Se refuerzan los <strong>principios de transparencia retributiva y de misma retribuci&oacute;n <\/strong>a trabajos de igual valor. Se establece que <strong>todas las empresas <\/strong>deben tener un registro retributivo de toda su plantilla, al margen de su tama&ntilde;o, y en &eacute;l debe ser incluido tambi&eacute;n el personal directivo y los altos cargos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Deber&aacute;n recogerse en el <strong>registro retributivo<\/strong>, siempre desglosados por sexo, la media aritm&eacute;tica y la mediana de lo realmente percibido en cada uno de los conceptos retributivos en cada grupo o categor&iacute;a profesional, nivel, puesto o cualquier otro sistema de clasificaci&oacute;n que se aplique en la empresa. A su vez, esta informaci&oacute;n deber&aacute; estar desagregada en atenci&oacute;n a la naturaleza de la retribuci&oacute;n, incluyendo salario base, cada uno de los complementos y cada una de las percepciones extrasalariales, especificando de modo diferenciado cada percepci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Nuestra empresa estar&aacute; obligada, adem&aacute;s de al registro, a hacer una <strong>auditor&iacute;a salarial<\/strong> que compruebe si el sistema retributivo de la empresa, de manera transversal y completa, cumple con la aplicaci&oacute;n efectiva del principio de igualdad entre mujeres y hombres en materia de retribuci&oacute;n. Por una parte, nos permitir&aacute; <strong>detectar y cuantificar las discriminaciones;<\/strong> por otra, estos diagn&oacute;sticos precisos y esta transparencia nos permitir&aacute;n a las organizaciones sindicales pedir explicaciones y reclamar acciones concretas y, en general, seguir trabajando para lograr la igualdad efectiva en el &aacute;mbito
