Su objetivo inicial fue incrementar la productividad a trav&eacute;s de un aumento constante de las operaciones de venta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:18px\">El sistema actualmente en vigor procede de una modificaci&oacute;n que <strong><span style=\"color:red\">CCOO<\/span><\/strong> no suscribi&oacute; en el a&ntilde;o 2014. El tiempo nos ha dado la raz&oacute;n seis a&ntilde;os despu&eacute;s de su vigencia demostrando su obsolescencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">El sistema de incentivos ha agrandado las diferencias retributivas por el mismo concepto entre las plantillas, y ha evidenciado la imposibilidad que tienen de poder calcular y comprobar de una manera sencilla el salario variable que deber&iacute;an de percibir por este concepto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Un buen sistema de incentivos requerir&aacute;:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Simplificaci&oacute;n del sistema de c&aacute;lculo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Afectaci&oacute;n a toda la plantilla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Equidad en la distribuci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Los cambios a los que estamos haciendo frente en todos los &oacute;rdenes con responsabilidad, pero sin perder derechos, tienen tambi&eacute;n que incluir para corregir sus deficiencias y por tanto mejorarlas, el sistema de incentivos, para beneficio de todos, empresa y su plantilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Ahora,&nbsp; que el reto es mayor por las&nbsp; consecuencias provocadas por el covid19 y que afectan transversalmente a la totalidad de la sociedad, es el momento de las grandes ideas que nos permita garantizar un futuro en las mejores condiciones posibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Un sistema de incentivos universal, transparente y equitativo ser&aacute; una gran medida para hacer que El Corte Ingl&eacute;s siga siendo una gran empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>MEJORAR EL SISTEMA DE INCENTIVOS ES POSIBLE Y NECESARIO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">El mayor capital de una gran empresa son las personas que la integran. En tiempos de cambio contar con un buen sistema de incentivos&nbsp; va a resultar vital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">El actual ha quedado superado:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Excluye a la mayor parte de la plantilla con desempe&ntilde;os esenciales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36.0pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Que ha originado diferencias retributivas dependiendo del departamento asignado.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Fomenta la insolidaridad con las tareas colectivas y el trabajo en equipo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Dificultad, cuando no desconocimiento en su c&aacute;lculo, sin participaci&oacute;n sindical para controlar y resolver errores o situaciones injustas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">No contempla la perspectiva de g&eacute;nero, en una empresa con mayor&iacute;a de mujeres, profundizando en la brecha salarial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\">Trabajo en equipo, compromiso, solidaridad, corresponsabilidad, participaci&oacute;n y derechos van a ser necesarios.
