Lamentamos ver que mientras otras patronales optimizan las reuniones con avances significativos o consiguiendo cerrar preacuerdos en materia salarial, <strong>AEB contin&uacute;a jugando a dilatar la negociaci&oacute;n<\/strong>, que genera malestar en las plantillas y no da traslado a la recuperaci&oacute;n salarial que es justificada por los r&eacute;cords hist&oacute;ricos de las entidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Subidas salariales que no superan el 9% en 4 a&ntilde;os, penalizando a las personas con salario exclusivamente de Convenio y maltratando a las personas con mejoras voluntarias. Planteamiento de medidas de ampliaci&oacute;n de movilidad geogr&aacute;fica. Esta postura por parte de AEB vuelve a enturbiar y tensionar el clima laboral y no ayuda a frenar la conflictividad laboral en Banca, plasm&aacute;ndose en la huelga del 22M.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Este 15M CCOO trasladar&aacute; su rechazo a esta estrategia a las puertas de la JGA de BBVA<\/strong> y&nbsp;concentr&aacute;ndose en otras entidades, presi&oacute;n <strong>que continuar&aacute; el 22M en la JGA de B. Santander y convocatoria de huelga de 24h el mismo 22M<\/strong>.
