{"id":8897,"date":"2020-10-22T08:42:44","date_gmt":"2020-10-22T06:42:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/deutschebank\/zona\/estatales\/ccoo-emplazamos-a-aeb-a-retirar-sus-propuestas-mas-regresivas\/"},"modified":"2026-06-02T10:16:19","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T08:16:19","slug":"ccoo-emplazamos-a-aeb-a-retirar-sus-propuestas-mas-regresivas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/deutschebank\/comunicadosconvenio\/ccoo-emplazamos-a-aeb-a-retirar-sus-propuestas-mas-regresivas\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO EMPLAZAMOS A AEB A RETIRAR SUS PROPUESTAS M\u00c1S REGRESIVAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Este mi&eacute;rcoles, 21 de octubre, se ha reunido &ndash;en formato virtual-, la mesa de<span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">l<\/span> convenio en la que <strong>CCOO, UGT y FINE<\/strong> nos hemos ratificado en la totalidad de la plataforma conjunta que presentamos el pasado 16 de julio y de cuyos principales contenidos informamos en el comunicado de esa misma fecha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Hoy, hemos emplazado a la patronal (AEB) a que retire sus propuestas regresivas, como la supresi&oacute;n de los trienios de antig&uuml;edad o la movilidad geogr&aacute;fica que, en ning&uacute;n caso, vamos a aceptar y que est&aacute;n bloqueando, y por ello dilatando innecesariamente, la negociaci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Asimismo, hemos propuesto un gui&oacute;n de negociaci&oacute;n que, sin obviar ninguna de las propuestas presentadas conjuntamente el 16 de julio, aborde en primer t&eacute;rmino aquellos temas que entra&ntilde;an mayor dificultad para alcanzar un acuerdo y\/o requieren un desarrollo mayor durante la negociaci&oacute;n: Clasificaci&oacute;n Profesional, Retribuciones, Tiempo de trabajo, Igualdad y la Conciliaci&oacute;n, Salud Laboral, R&eacute;gimen Sancionador, Teletrabajo y Transformaci&oacute;n digital y los derechos digitales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">El escenario del no Convenio es altamente negativo, tanto para los bancos, que tendr&iacute;an que a&ntilde;adir un elemento m&aacute;s de incertidumbre en unos momentos m&aacute;s que convulsos, como para las propias plantillas que nos quedar&iacute;amos sin la red de protecci&oacute;n que supone el convenio y del cual emanan, no lo olvidemos, m&uacute;ltiples acuerdos en las empresas que desarrollan y mejoran los contenidos del Convenio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Por todo esto es imprescindible, y as&iacute; lo hemos planteado, prorrogar la ultraactividad del Convenio, puesto que no va a ser posible alcanzar ning&uacute;n acuerdo antes de que finalice el plazo de negociaci&oacute;n este 31 de octubre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">AEB nos ha respondido que nos va a dar respuesta a nuestros planteamientos en la pr&oacute;xima reuni&oacute;n del Convenio que se celebrar&aacute; el pr&oacute;ximo lunes, 26 de octubre y ha mostrado su disposici&oacute;n a prorrogar la ultraactividad del Convenio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/deutschebank\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/06\/marcamosladiferencia_pie.avif\" style=\"height:94px; width:620px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este mi&eacute;rcoles, 21 de octubre, se ha reunido &ndash;en formato virtual-, la mesa del convenio en la que CCOO, UGT y FINE nos hemos ratificado en la totalidad de la plataforma conjunta que presentamos el pasado 16 de julio y de cuyos principales contenidos informamos en el comunicado de esa misma fecha.
