Sobre esto, desde CCOO queremos manifestar nuestra opini&oacute;n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Cuando en los Road Shows nos explicaban que les hab&iacute;an autorizado un presupuesto adicional para digitalizaci&oacute;n, pensamos que se iba a dedicar a la mejora de los procesos administrativos y comerciales. Mejora que, necesariamente, ten&iacute;a que aliviar la carga de trabajo. Mejora que ten&iacute;a que hacer m&aacute;s &aacute;giles y eficientes las transacciones de los clientes desde dispositivos m&oacute;viles y eliminar trabajo administrativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Pero, hasta donde vemos, se utiliza para dotar a los gestores comerciales de un elemento t&eacute;cnico que no es imprescindible para realizar su labor comercial. &iquest;Cu&aacute;l es la funci&oacute;n de ese dispositivo en el trabajo diario de los gestores comerciales? Ya tienen tel&eacute;fono en su puesto de trabajo, &iquest;el ordenador del que disponen no es suficiente para realizar su trabajo? O &iquest;es que pretenden que sigamos conectados fuera del horario laboral? Las posibles respuestas a estas preguntas no nos acaban de gustar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Desde CCOO tenemos claro que el Banco puede dotar a sus empleados de los elementos necesarios para poder desarrollar su trabajo. Pero tambi&eacute;n tenemos claro que ese trabajo debe desarrollarse dentro del horario laboral. En las instrucciones recibidas se abre la posibilidad de rechazar la entrega, pero aceptar la entrega no significa que tengamos que estar &ldquo;disponibles&rdquo; en cualquier momento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">El terminal telef&oacute;nico no tiene que usarse, ni siquiera llev&aacute;rselo, fuera del horario laboral. De la misma manera que nadie se lleva su ordenador de sobremesa a su casa una vez finaliza su jornada laboral, tampoco nadie tiene ninguna obligaci&oacute;n de llevarse el m&oacute;vil ofrecido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">No caigamos en la trampa tecnol&oacute;gica para que nuestra jornada laboral no tenga inicio o final. En vuestras manos est&aacute; no hacerlo. En la nuestras, las de CCOO, est&aacute; respaldaros en cualquier presi&oacute;n o trampa que os quieran imponer.
