{"id":8420,"date":"2015-07-06T09:40:30","date_gmt":"2015-07-06T07:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/deutschebank\/zona\/estatales\/para-aeb-no-hay-prolongacion-ilegal-de-jornada-ni-necesidad-de-avanzar-en-la-igualdad\/"},"modified":"2026-06-02T10:19:37","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T08:19:37","slug":"para-aeb-no-hay-prolongacion-ilegal-de-jornada-ni-necesidad-de-avanzar-en-la-igualdad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/deutschebank\/comunicados\/para-aeb-no-hay-prolongacion-ilegal-de-jornada-ni-necesidad-de-avanzar-en-la-igualdad\/","title":{"rendered":"Para AEB no hay Prolongaci\u00f3n Ilegal de Jornada ni Necesidad de Avanzar en la Igualdad"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">El d\u00eda 2 de julio tuvo lugar la reuni\u00f3n de negociaci\u00f3n del Convenio Colectivo de Banca, en la se trataron temas como la conciliaci\u00f3n, la jornada y horarios, previsi\u00f3n social complementaria, salud laboral,&#8230;&nbsp;entre otros.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">En jornada y horarios propusimos, como alternativa a su propuesta &#8216;modernizadora&#8217;&nbsp;de eliminar el horario reducido de semana de fiestas mayores: Pasar 2 d\u00edas de licencia a vacaciones, quedar\u00edan 25 d\u00edas laborables de vacaciones y 2 de licencia. Dar la opci\u00f3n para que las 12 o 15 horas de reducci\u00f3n de jornada por la semana de fiestas pasen a 2 d\u00edas adicionales de licencia, en el \u00e1mbito de cada plaza.<\/p>\n<p>La respuesta es que esta reducci\u00f3n de jornada est\u00e1 obsoleta y lo que proponen es eliminarla, as\u00ed como recordaron que lo mismo pretenden, con el mismo calificativo, para los d\u00edas adicionales de vacaciones para el personal de Canarias que las disfrute en la pen\u00ednsula.<\/p>\n<p>CCOO insistimos en la reducci\u00f3n del c\u00f3mputo anual desde 1700 a 1680 horas, as\u00ed como la implantaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan sistema de verificaci\u00f3n de horario, ante la realidad de las prolongaciones ilegales de jornada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La respuesta de AEB es que protestan, porque no hay prolongaciones ilegales (sic!!!). <\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/deutschebank\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/06\/conv_banca_10.avif\" style=\"width:575px;height:200px;margin:5px;vertical-align:middle\" title=\"No a convenio low cost \"><\/div>\n<p><br style=\"padding-left:40px\"><br \/>En temas de igualdad y conciliaci\u00f3n, CCOO proponemos medidas tendentes a disminuir las diferencias entre mujeres y hombres, as\u00ed como para facilitar la conciliaci\u00f3n personal y laboral. <\/p>\n<p><strong>La respuesta de AEB<\/strong>, haciendo gala de una visi\u00f3n machista y trasnochada de estos aspectos, <strong>niega la existencia del techo de cristal para el desarrollo profesional de la mujer <\/strong>en el sector bancario, atrevi\u00e9ndose a afirmar que no existe discriminaci\u00f3n en la progresi\u00f3n de carrera entre hombres y mujeres, por lo que no es necesario seguir avanzando. <strong>Que ya somos pioneros en igualdad (sic!!!).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color:#ff3300\">CCOO reclamamos lo que queremos los bancarios y bancarias: un convenio actual, que responda a las necesidades de las plantillas y sea adecuado para las empresas.
