La reuni\u00f3n iniciada el 4, ha estado marcada por el anuncio del Banco sobre la revisi\u00f3n de su estrategia 2015+ y el futuro de sus negocios.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A continuaci\u00f3n, os presentamos resumidos los temas que se trataron.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\n<h4 style=\"color:#0033ff\">Debate con el Sr. Stefan Leithner (Head of Human Resources) <\/h4>\n<p>El debate se centr\u00f3 en la actual situaci\u00f3n del Banco y la revisi\u00f3n de la estrategia actual&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color:#0033ff\">Informe de situaci\u00f3n de los pa\u00edses<\/h4>\n<p>Constatamos que en muchos pa\u00edses se van incrementando los Riesgos Psicosociales&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color:#0033ff\">Debate con Relaciones Laborales<\/h4>\n<p>Hay un gran malestar en la plantilla por el actual sistema de compensaci\u00f3n y bonus&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color:#0033ff\">OpEx<\/h4>\n<p>El programa de Excelencia Operacional, sigue su curso a buen ritmo aunque algunas Divisiones puedan ir con algo de retraso debido a la complejidad de sus proyectos&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color:#0033ff\">PBC? Proyecto NEXT<\/h4>\n<p>La pretensi\u00f3n es llegar a los clientes en multicanal, utilizando todos los medios que la tecnolog\u00eda ofrece actualmente.
