Tambi\u00e9n espera que cada estamento de la Empresa asuma sus responsabilidades ante los organismos regulatorios y ante las propias normas de funcionamiento de la Entidad. Lamentablemente creemos que es esperar demasiado.<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:#ff3300\">Responsabilidad<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">El pasado viernes, 31 de octubre, la Direcci\u00f3n de PBC Espa\u00f1a emiti\u00f3 un correo a la plantilla en el que les comunicaba una serie de normas a cumplir ampar\u00e1ndose en la Directiva ESMA y en la adopci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta por la CNMV. Consideramos que se trata de un traspaso de una responsabilidad, que deber\u00eda ser de la Direcci\u00f3n de PBC, a los empleados que acaban siendo los remeros que cargan con todas las culpas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/deutschebank\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/06\/responsabilidad_trabajador.avif\" style=\"border:0px #000000;width:220px;height:127px;float:left;vertical-align:baseline;margin:10px\" title=\"Responsabilidad\" alt=\"Responsabilidad traspasada\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Alguno de los \u00abindicadores\u00bb&nbsp;que se establecen son sencillamente imposibles de cumplir con la actual dotaci\u00f3n de empleados de la Red de oficinas, y esto lo sabe perfectamente la Direcci\u00f3n de PBC. Otros \u00abindicadores\u00bb&nbsp;hacen recaer en los trabajadores la responsabilidad y organizaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de trabajo y cumplimiento normativo que, parece, que la Direcci\u00f3n de PBC es incapaz de asumir en su gesti\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:#ff3300\">\n<div>Coherencia<\/div>\n<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Los \u00abindicadores\u00bb&nbsp;que menciona la Direcci\u00f3n de PBC en su correo no es otra cosa que la aplicaci\u00f3n cercenada de la Pol\u00edtica Global de las Red Flags. A nuestro entender la falta de coherencia de la aplicaci\u00f3n de esa pol\u00edtica global por PBC es clara.<br \/> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/deutschebank\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/06\/coherencia-1.avif\" style=\"border:0px  #222222;width:240px;height:191.999984741211px;margin:10px;float:right\"><br \/>Las Red Flags se aplicaron en 2010 a CB&amp;S y GTB, despu\u00e9s de la experiencia se aplicaron a DA&amp;WM y a Risk en 2012. En 2013 se implant\u00f3 en Non Core Operations Unit. En 2014 se ha hecho en COO, CFO, HR, Legal, Compliance y en una fase piloto en PBC Alemania. La previsi\u00f3n para PBC global est\u00e1 prevista para 2015 y est\u00e1 a\u00fan por definir c\u00f3mo debe aplicarse.<\/p>\n<p>En cambio, la Direcci\u00f3n de PBC Espa\u00f1a decide aplicar una parte de esa pol\u00edtica global sin tener en cuenta la parte garantista de la misma hacia los empleados. Adem\u00e1s, la aplica al conjunto de la plantilla cuando la Pol\u00edtica Global no lo define as\u00ed en origen. En definitiva, hace una aplicaci\u00f3n ib\u00e9rica para descargar sobre los empleados la responsabilidad que, presuntamente, es incapaz de asumir.<\/p>\n<p>Esperamos que la aplicaci\u00f3n de las Red Flags en el resto de Divisiones del Banco se produzca de acuerdo con las normas globales sin m\u00e1s problemas y que la informaci\u00f3n a los empleados afectados sea clara y transparente. Por nuestra parte vamos a contactar con la persona responsable de la Pol\u00edtica Global de las Red Flags para pedirle que la aplicaci\u00f3n de esa Pol\u00edtica se efect\u00fae con las mismas condiciones y garant\u00edas que al resto de empleados del Banco.<\/p>\n<p>A la Direcci\u00f3n de PBC le pedimos que asuma sus responsabilidades, sea coherente con las Pol\u00edticas del Banco y dote a los empleados de los sistemas inform\u00e1ticos necesarios para poder cumplir correctamente con su labor.<\/p>\n<p>Recibid un cordial saludo. <\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un trabajador de Deutsche Bank Espa\u00f1a espera de la Empresa que \u00e9sta ponga a su disposici\u00f3n los medios adecuados para cumplir con correcci\u00f3n los objetivos establecidos.
