Consist&iacute;a en invitar a la plantilla a presentar propuestas de mejora, tanto de negocio como operativas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, existe una &ldquo;peque&ntilde;a&rdquo; diferencia con la actual campa&ntilde;a &quot;Cada Euro Cuenta&quot;. En aquel entonces, las propuestas premiadas recib&iacute;an una importante compensaci&oacute;n econ&oacute;mica y, para muchos compa&ntilde;eros, significaron una promoci&oacute;n real y el inicio de una s&oacute;lida carrera profesional. En la campa&ntilde;a actual, no hay rastro de ese reconocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy nos encontramos con un escenario donde a la plantilla:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo-servicios.es\/imagenes\/deutschebank\/estrategia_2015.png\" style=\"float:left; height:333px; width:260px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se le <strong>absorben los incrementos<\/strong> del Convenio Colectivo a&ntilde;o tras a&ntilde;o.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se le <strong>reducen los recursos<\/strong> humanos y t&eacute;cnicos necesarios para su d&iacute;a a d&iacute;a.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se le <strong>incrementa el ritmo de trabajo<\/strong> debido a una reducci&oacute;n de plantilla que no va acompa&ntilde;ada de una menor carga de tareas; al contrario.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se le <strong>exponen a mayores riesgos psicosociales<\/strong> como consecuencia directa de la presi&oacute;n anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Resulta <strong>sarc&aacute;stico<\/strong> que, en una empresa con<strong> un directivo por cada tres empleados<\/strong> se pretenda que el esfuerzo para reducir costes recaiga precisamente en los sectores menos favorecidos. No es razonable esperar que personas desmotivadas por constantes recortes aporten ideas que, parad&oacute;jicamente, podr&iacute;an traducirse en nuevas reducciones o peores consecuencias para su futuro laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos convencidos de que, si las propuestas fuesen an&oacute;nimas, la Direcci&oacute;n recibir&iacute;a ideas muy claras sobre d&oacute;nde se pueden recortar gastos superfluos, sugerencias que ya circulan abiertamente por los pasillos.<\/p>\n<p>Desde <strong>CCOO<\/strong>, con una actitud constructiva, lanzamos una propuesta alternativa: en lugar de obsesionarse con reducir costes,<strong> pidan maneras de incrementar los ingresos<\/strong>. Llevamos demasiado tiempo viendo c&oacute;mo el proyecto de negocio recorta los productos que generan ingresos. Ustedes saben perfectamente que la v&iacute;a m&aacute;s sostenible para aumentar beneficios es el crecimiento de los ingresos, no la austeridad selectiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si quieren que el conjunto de la plantilla se sienta integrado y aporte su conocimiento y experiencia, deben actuar de otra manera.<\/strong> Abandonen la ret&oacute;rica de &ldquo;El buen patr&oacute;n&quot; que solo nos considera una &quot;familia&quot; cuando vienen mal dadas.
