{"id":9896,"date":"2023-06-20T07:22:47","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T05:22:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/comercio\/zona\/estatales\/celebrado-el-sima-del-proceso-de-hm-hm-cos-other-stories-weekday-sigue-la-huelga\/"},"modified":"2026-04-28T20:12:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T18:12:04","slug":"celebrado-el-sima-del-proceso-de-hm-hm-cos-other-stories-weekday-sigue-la-huelga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/comercio\/notadeprensa\/celebrado-el-sima-del-proceso-de-hm-hm-cos-other-stories-weekday-sigue-la-huelga\/","title":{"rendered":"Celebrado el sima del proceso de H&#038;M (H&#038;M, COS, OTHER STORIES, WEEKDAY): sigue la HUELGA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>En el d&iacute;a de ayer, 19 de junio, y tras muchas horas de negociaci&oacute;n ha sido imposible llegar a un acuerdo que permitiera desconvocar la huelga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A las reivindicaciones que llevamos haciendo meses la empresa nos ha hecho una oferta que, aunque han mejorado la oferta inicial, es insuficiente para las reivindicaciones que tienen la plantilla.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa ha hecho una propuesta con una vigencia de 2023- 2024 consistente en ampliar horas de contrataci&oacute;n, aceptan la propuesta de un incentivo sobre ventas pero sin concretar, aceptan crear el plus de responsabilidad pero sin concretar y, tocar el complemento salarial que se abona en los casos de bajas por enfermedad. Todo esto ir&iacute;a vinculado, es decir, se tiene que llegar a acuerdo en los tres temas, haciendo la negociaci&oacute;n los d&iacute;as 23, 26 y 27 de junio.<\/p>\n<p>Lamentamos mucho que estando tan cerca del acuerdo no se haya conseguido, al no concretar los incentivos e insistir en tocar el complemento salarial de las bajas por enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>La parte social, con nuestras reivindicaciones y la convocatoria de huelga pretend&iacute;amos que se solucionaran los problemas de la plantilla, no provocar que se puedan recortar condiciones que actualmente tienen.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <strong>no ha habido acuerdo y la convocatoria de movilizaciones continua<\/strong>, por lo que instamos a la empresa a que reflexione y sea consciente de la situaci&oacute;n actual de la
