{"id":8616,"date":"2020-05-04T16:32:47","date_gmt":"2020-05-04T14:32:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/caser\/zona\/estatales\/reunion-del-comite-de-seguridad-y-salud-laboral\/"},"modified":"2026-04-28T19:40:45","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T17:40:45","slug":"reunion-del-comite-de-seguridad-y-salud-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/caser\/zona\/estatales\/reunion-del-comite-de-seguridad-y-salud-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"REUNI\u00d3N DEL COMIT\u00c9 DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD LABORAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">En CCOO seguimos trabajando por la salud de las personas trabajadoras de Caser incluso en tiempos del Coronavirus.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Por ello, hemos insistido hasta conseguir celebrar, durante el Estado de Alarma, dos reuniones del Comit&eacute; de Seguridad y Salud Laboral, los d&iacute;as 17 y 29 de abril, con el &uacute;nico prop&oacute;sito de coordinar las acciones necesarias para que el personal trabajador de Caser pueda desempe&ntilde;ar sus tareas con plena seguridad, tanto en el teletrabajo como en la posterior reincorporaci&oacute;n a las oficinas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Bas&aacute;ndonos siempre en las recomendaciones de las Autoridades Sanitarias, CCOO ha presentado una bater&iacute;a de propuestas para materializar acciones concretas, algunas de las cuales se han tenido en consideraci&oacute;n por parte de la Empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Aunque pudimos avanzar en una serie de puntos seguimos discrepando con la Empresa en dos puntos importantes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">1.- Procedimiento a seguir por el <strong>M&eacute;dico Especialista en Medicina del Trabajo del Servicio de Prevenci&oacute;n<\/strong> con respecto a los trabajadores y trabajadoras incluidos en los grupos sensibles de cara a su reincorporaci&oacute;n a sus puestos f&iacute;sicos en las oficinas. La empresa, pretende dar esta potestad al m&eacute;dico de Caser, que nada tiene que ver con el Servicio de Prevenci&oacute;n.<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccooservicios.es\/caser\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/32\/2026\/04\/artC3ADculo2012005.05.avif\" style=\"float:right; height:500px; width:408px\" \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">2.- El plan de Contingencias, donde se informa de la reincorporaci&oacute;n de las personas trabajadoras de Caser, con informaci&oacute;n detallada de la desescalada y n&uacute;mero de personas, departamentos y oficinas que intervienen en cada fase.&nbsp;La Empresa se resiste a informarnos con claridad y transparencia, sobre el n&uacute;mero, las funciones y las personas concretas que hoy mismo y tambi&eacute;n el pr&oacute;ximo lunes 11 de mayo, se incorporan a sus puestos f&iacute;sicos en las oficinas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Desconocemos si en estos dos grupos, hay personas englobadas dentro de los grupos de riesgo y si han tenido oportunidad de contactar con el Servicio de Prevenci&oacute;n. Se nos ha intentado despachar con un simple &ldquo;son los puestos cr&iacute;ticos del Plan de Contingencia&rdquo;. Sin&nbsp; informar nunca&nbsp;del Plan de Contingencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">En este punto, <strong>la empresa sigue igual de herm&eacute;tica que con la informaci&oacute;n del personal trabajador que durante todo este tiempo de pandemia y teletrabajo, ha seguido yendo a trabajar a las oficinas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Seguiremos trabajando por la salud y seguridad de todas las personas trabajadoras de Caser. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Y os seguiremos informando.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En CCOO seguimos trabajando por la salud de las personas trabajadoras de Caser incluso en tiempos del Coronavirus.
